you find the opportunity we find the finance solution to make it happen

If you're in the business of selling, moving, or bringing in goods, you might find a Trade finance facility helpful for your company. This financial tool allows you to buy the stock or items you need to fill orders. Just like Invoice Finance, it lets you keep fulfilling customer orders without waiting a long time for payment.

Having a Trade Finance facility can help you get paid more consistently in your trade cycle. Waiting a long time for payment can slow down your sales and income. Trade Finance also lets companies handle bigger orders from suppliers, thanks to discounts for buying in bulk. This leads to more sales and better cash flow. Keeping your supply chain in check is crucial for successful businesses, and a Trade Finance partnership speeds up payment processing, giving crucial support to your supply chain.

Trade Finance comes with many perks. It's useful for import/export businesses, a type of business that other financial products might not cover. Even though global trade can worry traditional lenders, most  specialist Trade Finance partners are open to it, making it a good choice for those involved in international commerce.

When you're involved in importing and exporting goods worldwide, traditional banks might hesitate to work with you due to perceived risks. Our consultancy service can connect you with a lending partner who understands your business, whether you engage in international trade or operate within the UK. This service can complement your existing financial tools, like business loans and invoice finance.

Purchase Order Financing is a way for your lending partner to provide you with an upfront payment (usually 30-70% of the total order cost). This money is used to buy goods from your supplier, which you can then sell to make a profit.

For businesses in the import/export industry, E-Commerce Finance is also available. Similar to Purchase Order Financing, this product gives credit to eCommerce shop owners to purchase stock. The stock is then sold, and the lender is repaid the loaned funds along with an interest fee.

Applying for Trade Finance involves considering regulatory aspects, such as ensuring that the sales involve finished goods.

Another useful product for those in International Trade and Wholesale is Invoice Finance. This financing option supports your cash flow and working capital by providing an upfront payment based on an agreed prepayment percentage. This ensures that you can always meet your payment obligations to suppliers, keeping your cash flow steady and your deals running smoothly.

By using our in-house intelligent lending technology, we are able to quickly match your business to the best product and the right lender for your circumstances, even if you have struggled in the past. We are an independent  b2b credit broker covering a large section of the lending market providers from high street banks to niche lenders

We can help advise on the different lending options to take and aim to try and help prospective clients make the best possible decision for their business rather than what suits the bank.

what to expect

One of our qualified specialists will analyse your organizations requirement for lending and match it to a shortlist from the 250+ lenders available to us. We can usually provide an indicative quote within 1 business day and can get you a formal agreement soon thereafter that can remain in place until needed.

Credit line agreement

Currency hedging if required

We analyse your current trading history, turnover and what the funds are needed for, and the expected loan duration. Note at present credit is available to UK registered businesses only trading for at least 6 months.

Using the information you have provided and the information we have already about the sector and typical scenarios we can accurately estimate the likely interest rate and credit terms before you decide to move forward. There is no cost or obligation at this stage. To get the firm agreement in principle we will need you to provide documentation that supports the load request.

Once we have agreed terms with all the parties involved, we can get the credit line in place as quickly as possible, this can take a few days if the request is straightforward but for more complex lending it can take longer. Again, there is no cost in getting agreement for the credit, only when deployed does the cost generally accrue.

If there is an international element to the finance, we can arrange for you at no extra cost delivery of funds into the required currency and also offer currency hedging via forward contracts to reduce the exchange rate risk.
