This Crewfo Promotion is provided by PATHFINDER FX LIMITED (‘PFX’). in association with CREW FAMILY OFFICE LIMITED (‘CrewFo’).

• This CrewFo Promotion (“Promotion”) is only available to new private PFX international payments clients who open a new account with PFX. You must use the dedicated signup link on he promotion page, note we may not be able to assign the bonus retrospectively if you sign up via another method and this does not apply to existing clients.
​
• The new client must be successfully on-boarded as a client by PFX and complete a foreign exchange transaction with a total volume of £5,000 or more (or equivalent in any other currency as determined by PFX) within 6 calendar months of successfully opening a PFX Account (“Qualifying Transaction”).
Alternatively, the new client may enter into more than one foreign exchange transaction, provided the total value of the transactions completed within 6 calendar months of the account being opened is at least £5,000 (or equivalent in any other currency as determined by PFX). In these circumstances, the final transaction that is completed, which takes the total volume exchanged to £5,000 or more (or equivalent in any other currency as determined by PFX), will deemed to be the Qualifying Transaction.

• For each new client that completes a Qualifying Transaction within 6 calendar months of opening a PFX Account, the new client receive £50 in their PFX Account. These funds will be applied to the new clients PFX Account, within 30 days after the completed Qualifying Transaction.

• The Promotion is only available once in relation to each new client, irrespective of the number or value of transactions undertaken by the new client.
​
• These funds are not redeemable for cash. There is no cash alternative available. PFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Reward for something of similar or greater value.
​
• To the extent permitted by law, PFX will not be liable:

For unsuccessful attempts to open a PFX Account or enter into any transactions for any reason;

For circumstances which prevent PFX from fulfilling a transaction;

For any delay in providing the Reward to you; or
-
In the event that the law or any regulatory guidance prevents PFX from continuing this promotion.

• This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

• Your PFX Account, and all foreign exchange transactions, are subject at all times to PFX’s standard terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.

• This Promotion is not open to:

PFX employees or any member of their household or Immediate Family.

• For the purpose of this Promotion, Immediate Family means a civil partner, spouse, child, sibling or parent.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to PFX processing your personal data to administer the Promotion

• PFX reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate this Promotion and PFX international payments clients’ ability to participate in this Promotion at any time for any reason.

• PFX reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
​
• Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
​
• These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
​
• Each party agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter or formation.
